Our Alliance has a strong track record of offering school to school support, including strategic deployment of system leaders and EASTA's successful Sixth Form Improvement Project.
We would be keen to work with your school to create a bespoke plan based on your individual needs. Please do get in touch.
System leaders are experienced middle or senior leaders who have been
recognised for excellence in their field of expertise, and can be deployed to work with other schools in order to raise outcomes for students. EASTA has one designated NLE and a cohort of SLEs.

Applying to become a SLE
EASTA is always interested in hearing from teachers who are interested in this role. Priority areas for the Norfolk region are:
English, Mathematics, History, Geography,Science and MFL at Key Stage 4
Pupil Premium at all Key Stages.
We recruit at two points each academic year:
Autumn term: application deadline end of October
Summer term: application deadlines end of May.
SLE designation is open to individuals that hold middle or senior leadership roles in schools and who have particular area(s) of expertise.
A designated SLE might be called upon to:
Work with leaders in other schools to analyse data
Collaboratively action plan for improved outcomes
Develop and deliver training in effective subject leadership
Facilitate collaborative working including coaching others.
