Mentor Level Two Training - twilight series

As a progression from the successful Mentor Level 1, this course further supports Mentors to understand the skills and knowledge needed to become a Mosaic Mentor to multiple trainees; a potential Link Tutor; and to provide theoretical and practical activities to support Trainee teachers and NQTs who are struggling with the demand of the course.

  • Effective feedback and the assessment process to inform improvement

  • How to manage C4C and creating an intervention programme

  • Mentoring as career progression and the proposed Early Years Career Framework. 

Who is this course for?

New and existing ITT and NQT Mentors who want a better understanding of the support needed for teachers in the early stages of their careers.
